Cacini operates in automation, control process and plant engineering, both in the industrial field than naval. Over the years we have collected important experiences in various fields: paper, glass, pharmaceutical, non-woven, yachting. We do consultancy and feasibility studies, giving the possibility to our customers to always choose the most suitable solution for their needs.
Pulp & paper
Cacini Spa operates successfully within all the types of processes in the paper industry. The technological evolution, driven by the research of greater competitiveness, has led our technicians to find new solutions for achieving superior performance in terms of productivity, reliability and flexibility. The numerous applications range from pulp preparation to the motorization of continuous machines, from unwinders to rewinders.
Chemical & food
The consolidated experience in this field refers mainly to refining and bottling of oils for food use and bottling plants of biodiesel refining. We offer the customer "turnkey" solution which includes the complete supply of MV cabins, distribution systems, switchboards of control and process control, on-board plant machine, hardware and software supervision and finally testing and commissioning.
Corrugated cardboard
Among the various applications successfully realized in corrugated cardboard sector we can mention the automation of corrugator and flat gluer groups and cord cutters, binders and palletizers.
Glass
In the glass field we have developed an extensive knowhow rich of significant experiences in the realization of complete lines for the production of cannulae, glass for car and construction (loaders, conveyors, unloaders, Pulmonizing machines, tempering and bending furnaces, melting furnaces, etc.)
Plastics
For many years we have been working with satisfaction in the plastic sector. Our activity has been concentrated in detail on extrusion and in cast extrusion machines for the production of thermoplastic films in polyethylene and polypropylene.
Technological buildings
In recent years an ambitious project has been proposed to us: bring automation also in the construction industry. We have designed and realized electrical systems and solutions for "The Shed", the new "technological" theater of New York.
Wood
We create and design solutions for machine builders suitable for woodworking. We have experience in presses, edging machines and dust extraction.
